These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bat jali ("bat jali", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bat-jali.com ("the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bat jali Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from translation, the English-language version shall take precedence. All communications between bat jali and its players are conducted in English.

bat jali operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and that you have independently satisfied yourself as to the lawfulness of your participation in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. bat jali makes no representation or warranty regarding the lawfulness of accessing the Platform from any specific location.

Access to and use of the bat jali Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bat jali operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming bonuses on the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gaming services, you must not access the Platform.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date at all times.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion request on the bat jali Platform or any related platform with which bat jali shares player protection databases.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended bat jali account. Each player is entitled to one account only.

Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their accounts permanently closed, all deposits forfeited, and all winnings voided. bat jali cooperates fully with any relevant authority in the investigation of underage gambling incidents.

To access the full range of bat jali services, including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and bonus claims, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password.

3.1Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, truthful, and current. bat jali reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bat jali Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bat jali reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.3Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat jali account credentials, including your username and password. bat jali strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bat jali will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify support at [email protected].

3.4Account Activity Responsibility. All activity recorded on your bat jali account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. bat jali is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

3.5KYC Verification. bat jali operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any account, bat jali will require the player to submit identity verification documents. These may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used. KYC verification is a one-time process; once completed, further verification will only be requested in exceptional circumstances such as a change of address or payment method.

bat jali processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the terms set out in this section.

4.1Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on bat jali is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bat jali reserves the right to apply account-level limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

4.2Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's bat jali account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours. bat jali is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, network outages, or bank processing times.

4.3Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad as the withdrawal method. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. bat jali reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified by email if additional checks are required.

4.4Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw, a player must have completed KYC verification, used their bat jali account balance to place at least one real-money wager, and not have any open or pending disputes with bat jali. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit, or to a newly verified payment method registered to the same player.

4.5Third-Party Payments. bat jali strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. All deposits must come from an account or wallet registered in the player's own legal name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6Transaction Fees. bat jali does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own processing fees. Players are responsible for checking with their payment provider regarding any applicable charges. Currency conversion fees are not applicable as all bat jali transactions are conducted in BDT.

4.7Inactive Account Balances. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bat jali reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳150 to inactive accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any maintenance fee is applied. The maintenance fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

bat jali offers a range of promotional incentives to its players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page (for example, "30x wagering on bonus amount"). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.2Welcome Bonus. The bat jali welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts closed and bonuses voided.

5.3Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be specified on the relevant promotion page.

5.4Bonus Abuse. bat jali employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns of play that indicate exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players, and systematic exploitation of free spins — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

5.5Promotion Changes. bat jali reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of any material changes by email. bat jali is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of a promotional change made in accordance with this clause.

bat jali is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the Platform or any player.

6.1Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on bat jali is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. bat jali is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slot and table game is provided by the game's developer and is available within the game's information panel. RTP percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. bat jali does not alter or override the RTP settings provided by certified game providers.

6.3Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. bat jali will not honour winnings generated during a round affected by a malfunction. bat jali is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.

6.4Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed and the odds at which a bet was accepted, the accepted odds at the time of bet placement shall prevail. bat jali reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, data errors, or integrity concerns.

6.5Prohibited Play Strategies. The use of external software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, automated scripts, or any other programme to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting is strictly prohibited. bat jali employs automated detection systems to identify prohibited play strategies. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all balances held pending investigation.

6.6Dispute Resolution. If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement was incorrect, you must submit a dispute within 14 days of the relevant event by contacting support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed round or bet, including the game name, bet ID, date, time, and the specific outcome you are disputing. bat jali's technical team will review all disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat jali Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargebacks fraudulently, or attempting to deceive bat jali or its payment processors in any way.
• Money laundering: Using the bat jali Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. bat jali operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reports suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games where player decisions affect other participants.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any other strategy intended to extract value from promotions beyond their stated terms.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access, use, or manage your bat jali account. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Harmful conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bat jali staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.1Voluntary Closure. Players may request the closure of their bat jali account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bat jali will process the request within 2 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

8.2Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no access, deposits, or gameplay will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. 8.3bat jali-Initiated Suspension. bat jali reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals. bat jali will notify the player by email of the suspension and the reason for it as soon as is reasonably practicable.

8.4Permanent Closure. bat jali reserves the right to permanently close an account and void all associated balances where the player has been found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, provided false identity information, breached these Terms in a material way, or where account closure is required by applicable law. Permanent closure decisions will be communicated to the player by email. Where balances are voided following permanent closure, bat jali will provide a written explanation of the reason for the forfeiture.

8.5Governing Law & Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between bat jali and the player with respect to the use of the Platform. These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by bat jali to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. bat jali reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
